Oh yes, definitely!
I’ve spent months working on something that just hasn’t worked at all – or I’ve conducted experiments and found answers that don’t seem to make any sense, but sometimes they are the most interesting results to think about 🙂

I did an experiment last year where we were flying birds in our wind tunnel, and one escaped! We had to chase it around the room until we caught him! That was definitely not my best moment – but at least the bird was ok.
Thankfully none of my experiments have gone dangerously wrong, but you’ve always got to be careful when working in science!

I was! Catching birds can be exhaaaauuuusting, for both me and the birds!
