Me stood at the interview for a PhD – that was scary and so nerve wracking. But aside from that, can I choose Morgan Freeman to be the narrator? Thanks
We see a woman sitting at her laptop. She’s gorgeous (hey it’s my movie!), but dishevelled with tomato sauce stains all over her shirt and empty mugs of coffee surrounding her station. The camera zooms over to her computer screen. It’s a mess: bunch of different email boxes with unread emails, different scripts of code and accompanying error messages; she’s fighting with time to produce all the graphs before the deadline. Another email from media department arrives telling them off yet again for not giving them enough notice.
Freeze frame.. a ladies voice with vague eastern European accent says: “yup, that’s me.. You probably don’t care at all about how I ended up here. Let me tell you anyways..”
Giving a talk at a conference at a big hotel in Ireland (and pretending to be confident). One of the most stressful events I have experienced in my life!
Having fun on a walk in the rain (I love walking but when I go on holiday and am out on a walk, wherever in the World it seems, it heavily rains!!). Thank goodness skin is waterproof!!
The day I found out I had got onto my doctorate in clinical psychology, I had worked for and dreamt about that moment for so long that when it actually happened it felt so surreal I just screamed and cried and jumped around… which would have been absolutely fine if I wasn’t in costa at the time!
It would be me, stopping someone from hitting my robot with a big hammer!
(In my work I do experiments in which I ask people to hit robots with a bit hammer. I’m curious if they hesitate, and why! e.g. are they attached to the robot.). One of my robots is very expensive, so I have to stop them moments before they hit it!
