      I think, for me, it is keeping myself motivated. Research and academia involves a lot of self-motivation and this can be difficult sometimes. Working in the office helps with this as I’m surrounded by my colleagues – it’s a lot harder when I work from home. Thanks – I think he’s adorable but then I’m biased haha

    The hardest part of my job is marking assignments, especially if a student has not done as well as expected. I feel an enormous need to support students to achieve to their full potential.
