Question: have you seen behavior changing for people who deal with narcissism and gimbling issues

Fab question! Currently, we know that there is a link between gambling and narcissism. We know that individuals high on narcissism tend to bet more money (and more frequently) because they think they will win, they expect better outcomes than others, they feel entitled to the rewards, and they tend to make more risks. At the moment, there isn’t much research that looks at helping to change their behaviour in the gambling industry. This is something I am currently working on, and we think intervention strategies, such as self-affirmation processes (getting them to re-affirm positive traits so that they don’t feel like they have to engage in some negative behaviours) might work….the future is exciting!
