Question: Why did you choose to devote your career to psychology?

I love this question because it’s really made me stop and think about it! I am really fascinated by human behaviour – why we do things and how we react to certain situations. I love that there are so many approaches in psychology which means there are lots of different ways to think about everything – so you never really ‘finish’ learning! I find it really exciting that in my job as a lecturer in a university, I get to join students on their journey of learning all about human behaviour and watch how they take that knowledge into all kinds of different jobs – they may change the world one day! 😊
