I would say so! I really enjoy learning about psychology and sharing the knowledge with other people – for example, if I’m watching reality tv with my boyfriend and he’s like ‘well why would they do that?’, I love being able to reflect on my understanding of psychology to try and explain the situation. Or if I’m shopping with my mum and we start talking about a tv advert, it’s fun to discuss the underlying psychology. I find those moments really fun and rewarding! I also find it rewarding being able to teach psychology to my students for reasons similar to what I’ve mentioned above.

I personally think so! I haven’t finished my PhD yet so perhaps I will have a different opinion afterwards, but as of now I still find psychology as exciting as I did when I started my undergrad!
