I think psychology can be rewarding in lots of different ways. For example, if I think about how I feel about learning psychology – I feel like I’ve learnt a lot about myself and how I respond to things, I have a better understanding of the people around me, I’ve learnt lots of great ideas and skills, I’ve got a great job where I teach psychology… so I think there’s lots of different types of that rewarding feeling 😊

Yes! I’ve learnt a lot about myself which is very personally rewarding. I also love the idea of teaching others, and being able to run my lab and train several research assistants on how to collect data has been very rewarding – we’re like a little family now!
