I have always found this type of thing interested – nutrition, eating disorders, etc. but I really got interested in it as a potential job when I did my Masters degree (this was in my mid-20s!). This was in the University of Leeds, and they do a lot of research on eating behaviour there – that really opened my eyes to all the different possibilities (infant feeding, food marketing, weight management, etc.) that I had never considered before, and I found it all so interesting.
