Hi Erin. If I could go into a different area of psychology, it would either be sport psychology or forensic psychology. I am very interested in improving my knowledge and applying it to both sports (with athletes, coaches and sports teams) and with the criminal justice system.
I find all areas of psychology interesting in one way or another, and a lot of the areas overlap, but I think I would pick forensic psychology, as it is really fascinating and you have the opportunity to really make an impact with your work.
Just like my fellow psychologists, I also find forensic psychlogy very appealing. It’s the application of psychological theories to criminal investigation – ala CSI, if you will. 😀
