Zero gravity on Earth – yes, but only in very small spots, in a simulator, such as an aircraft.. Putting (more) gravity on the moon? No – if you want to increase the gravitational acceleration you need to add to the mass of the body. The moon doesn’t have zero gravity – it’s just about 1/6 of that on Earth.
We can create zero gravity on Earth, but only in certain parts of Earth. Researchers at NASA for example look at the effect of living in zero gravity by simulating it here on Earth. I don’t know if we can create gravity on the moon, perhaps only in certain areas….
Man can create zero gravity for a couple of minutes by making an aeroplane free fall from a great height. I don’t think it’s possible making zero G on the ground though. I don’t think it’s possible – yet – to create gravity on the moon.
