This is a really interesting question and is all to do with evolution. Plants need the bees to pollinate them so that they can produce fruits, seeds and new plants. The bees want to visit flowers for the nectar and pollen that they eat. Over millions of year, the plants have evolved to have bright flowers to show the bees that they have lots of nectar. Its like the plant is using its flower as a advertisement for the bee. Then the bees pick the brightest flowers because they know this is where they will get the best nectar. Everybody wins!
