      Hello Vic,

Before I returned to education I worked in offices so I could earn money to go and watch cricket matches. I think I’d be involved in cricket in some way, cricket photographer would be fantastic. I did this for one Asian magazine at Lord’s once, because I spent a lot of my earnings on camera and zoom lens – at one time I had a Pentax with an extra attachment powerful tele-zoom lens, with those I did manage to take great shots of the cricket ball in mid air and the cricket players on the pitch in all sorts of cricket actions. I still have albums of some of the pictures I took. It was very exciting to be able to sit with other official cricket photographers.

I would like to be an artist. I really enjoy painting and drawing. I also think that science and art can be quite similar because they both are about creativity and thinking in a different way.

I love cooking and baking a lot, so either a baker, or something to do with programming – for example, one of my goals for the future is to produce my own app!
