Question: Is there a way to make a continuous flow of the same water go round either in a loop or a fall and back to the top or in some way that the water will come back to its original point with either no movement or such small movement as in putting a foot on a pedal or pulling a lever?

  You can’t make anything move forever, without putting in energy to make the thing move. This is because energy can never be created or destroyed, and for something to move forever would require an infinite source of energy!
