• Question: if nothing travels at the speed of light except of course light how does a black hole pull light into itself?

      Anything with mass can’t travel at the speed of light. Light can, because in theory light has no mass. However, the gravitational pull of a black hole is infinite, and so even light with no mass can’t escape the gravitational pull of a black hole!
