  I’m not entirely sure what you mean. If you’re asking whether you could have a flow of water that would continuously flow, without having to give some form of input to the system, then I think this would be impossible. The reason I say this is because you can’t generate something from nothing, i.e. you need to give energy, or ‘do work’ to make the water move continuously.
