Question: how do you come up with new technology for new technology?

Hello,

A dream, an idea, a necessity, a desire, all these things and more lead to development of new technologies.

Human beings are naturally creative and always coming up with ideas for all sorts of things – whether it’s a technology that can carry lots and lots of heavy goods, or carry hundreds and hundreds of people so they can travel to work – the train, to a hand-held mobile device that allows you to take photographs and listen to music. These are examples of technologies that were born in an idea, sometimes in the mind of one human or sometimes in the mind of a few humans seeing the need at the same time.

The famous quote, “necessity is the mother of invention” comes to mind. We humans come up with ideas for new technologies because we feel we humans will need or desire them.

What do you need that you feel a technology would help you with? And don’t say a robot to do all your homework!!!!
