Not frustrated Angie, because you never know how an experiment is going to turn out.
Following an experiment, after you’ve written an article with the results it could be rejected from one journal. The best thing is to take the anonymous Reviewers comments and revise/improve the paper and submit it again to the same journal or to another quality journal.
Getting frustrated would be a waste of energy, of course you can feel disappointed, the thing is to learn from the activity and improve it.
