• Question: why is your favourite thing in science learning about mathematics

      Well I’m not sure if it is my favourite thing but I do like mathematics.

      It sounds weird, but one of the reasons I enjoy doing maths is because I find it very difficult. It can be fun to try and solve a problem that’s really hard because it feels good when you finally work out what the answer is and understand it.

      Learning maths at a university is a bit like studying tiny bits of a really complicated and perfectly constructed clock, that was put together by loads of insane geniuses. When you figure out how some of the bits work it *blows your tiny mindMATOMO_URL And if you get really good at maths you get to help make new parts for it, haha.
