      There a lot of treatments that have been invented that are helping to cure cancer and lots of research going on around the world to make those treatments work better.

      The work I do is trying to find a way for crop plants to grow without the need for farmers to add as much nasty chemicals to them, people like farmers that are exposed to a lot of pesticides (one of the chemicals sprayed on crops) have a higher risk of getting cancer so in a way my research might help reduce the chances of farmers getting cancer in the future.
