      All behaviour is broken down into little parts, that we call “constructs” which literally “build” our behaviour. So we’d need to use some psychological scales, or something like the Antecedent Behaviour Consequence (ABC) model, which breaks behaviour down into what happened before the behaviour, what the behaviour was, and what the outcome was. This would let us see what triggered that “silly” behaviour and what happened, so then we could target that for change 🙂
