      If you mean in terms of rocks, I think it’s talc.

      There’s lots of ways to define weakest. You could say, for a metal, Mercury is the weakest because it can’t even hold itself together to make itself solid! Gallium is just a solid metal at room temperature, but can almost melt and fall apart in your hands.
