Question: How long would it take scientists to make a chore for cancer?

It’s a difficult thing to put a date on because cancer is a big complex thing. Lots of different things can cause cancer, from genetics to lifestyle to environment, and there are a huge number of different types and developments of cancers. So trying to come up with a single cure is maybe not the right approach. That said, there is a LOT of fantastic research going on right now in to all kinds of cancers, and a lot of promising developments. Some of it even involves looking at some plants as they have compounds that may be beneficial. It might be an idea to ask the scientists in the Drug Discovery Zone about this (/drugn16-zone/scientists/ like Steven Street and Jenny Bateson) as they are working on cancer research!
