The pollen coat is made up of sporopollenin which gives it a yellow or orange colour. Each plant species has a slightly different composition of pollen coat components which can affect the colour and pattern. I personally have seen white and red pollen, but pink, blues, blacks and greens are also found in nature. Raspberry I believe is a green colour.
