• Question: Hi, this is Jake, I have a very confusing question, so don't worry if you cannot answer it, If you had a dream that none of your dreams would come true, and you woke up and had none of your real-life dreams come true, would that be a dream come true?

Hi Jake! Wow. What a question! I’ve had to draw this out on a piece of paper, and I think the answer is yes? But then wouldn’t your first dream (of having no dreams come true) then be false, because a dream came true? Jake, you’ve got me very confused here. Outstanding question!!

I think that by definition that dream had come true. Scientists like clearly defining things when they can, although it isn’t always easy.

However if that dream came true, then it is false, which is a paradox. This is a question for a philosopher!
