      If I had to? From what I’ve read, the first two minutes are the hardest, so I would try and stay in there for over two minutes. I think maybe 5 minutes would be my goal.

      If you’re asking how long could a human stay in there that’s hard to say. The Guinness World Record for being in contact in ice is over 2hrs and a half! But there are serious risks of hypothermia and other things from doing this kind of thing, so I really don’t know!
