A blood moon happens when the moon passes into the Earth’s shadow (a lunar eclipse). There will definitely be other solar systems in our galaxy that have a similar occurrence: a planet that orbits a star and a moon that orbits the planet, so I think blood moons probably happen in many places.
However, it’s really really hard to detect moons orbiting other planets because they are just so small! I think we have only ever discovered one moon around a planet that is not in our solar system, so we don’t know where they are at the moment!
