Question: what is your favourite art style?

My favourite art style is impressionism, especially oil painting, like the ones Claude Monet used to paint (maybe that’s because I’m french…). It requires imagination to figure out the movement and the texture of things behind the colours. A little bit like science, one needs to imagine a good theory to describe measurements and observations!
