      The weather at any given time is a consequence of the state of the atmosphere. So it depends on pressure, temperature, moisture content and a number of other things. Meteorologists are experts at trying to predict the weather based on these different factors!

      Weather is one of the most complex systems one can study. It is like guessing consequences with a very limited knowledge of the causes. Extremely difficult.
