• Question: Did you have to move to a different town,city or country to study science?

      Yep! I had to move city to study at the university I wanted to. But not just that, even now I had to move to Japan for 6 months to work directly on the experiment. I love the travel though!

      I have done all of these things but it’s not necessarily something you have to do. I moved to a different city for university, then a new one again for my phd and now I’m living in Geneva as part of my phd and working at CERN. For me, I see it as an amazing opportunity to experience new places as well as study physics, so I’ve enjoyed moving around a lot!

      Same- I’ve moved for university and for jobs. If you are open to new experiences and new places you have a lot more opportunities open to you!
