      I would imagine it is one of the neuron cells in the brain! 🧠

      Human sperm are very, very small. But I don’t know if they are the smallest cell.
      Some fruit fly sperm cells are very, very long (although the cell is still small). More than 5cm when the tail of the sperm is uncoiled!

      Yes the cell-part of sperm is very small, although their tails make them a little longer. Red blood cells are also one of the smallest, and do not have much inside including no cell nucleus so that they can be packed full for oxygen transport

      I think sperm cells are slightly smaller than red blood cells (which are around 5 microns). The largest I think is the ovum(?)
