Lots of them! It does depend on the type, but here is a list of common ones:

High Blood Pressure (makes your heart work too hard)
High Cholesterol (fat in your blood)
Enlarged Prostate (a thing old men get)
      Testosterone Suppression
      Liver Disease (damages your liver)
      Hair Loss
      Acne (lots of spots)
Gynecomastia (can make men develope breasts)
      Aggression
      Virilization (makes women more manly)
Sterility (stops you from being able to have kids)

Teens and Steroids- “One thing that is not up for debate, that is a definitive fact, is that using steroids at a young age can cause premature fusing of growth plates – leading to stunted growth. There are many emotional and physiological factors that come into play while using steroids; needless to say the premature use of steroids by the young is a very bad idea.”

      Nasty stuff.
