      2 years of A-level
      3 years at undergrad uni
      1 year masters
3 years PhD (am in my third year).
      It goes by really quick!

I did an honours degree for 4 years, then a Masters degree for one year, before I started a job as a research assistant. So 5 years at Uni, and I’m still learning.

It depends on what you want to go into. For me to become a Clinical Scientist –
2 years A level, 4 years undergraduate degree, 4 years as a trainee Clinical Scientist so 10 years. I’ve still got lots of exams to do if I want to get further in my career and get paid more!
