• Question: how do you make your bacteria glow?

      They live in seawater and also in a relationship with certain sea animals like fish. In this way the bacteria gain a home on the fish and get fed, and in return the fish gets to use the bacteria to make light. All I have to do is mimic seawater and the bacteria will naturally produce the light.

      Some animals make their glow by making a chemical reaction in their bodies, which creates the light. I’m not sure if that is the same for the bacteria though.
