• Question: Should the test-tube babies be paid for the NHS?

      i think they should be means-tested. people who can afford it should pay themselves, but those who can’t afford it should be able to apply for funding for treatment.

      For couples that are unable to have children naturally, I think so yes, but that is a personal view.

      It depends if you think that having babies is better than replacing old people’s hips or anything else for that matter. But if th NHS doesn’t pay for it only rich people could afford it – do we want a society where money can buy you a baby?
