Question: What is the worst heart disease / problem you have ever dealt with?

One time I had a patient who had a build up of fluid around his heart. This fluid was squashing his heart and making it hard for it to beat properly. He became very sick in the middle of the night. I had to put a large needle into his heart to remove this fluid. It worked and he felt a lot better but it was scary.
