Peppermint tea (I don’t drink things with caffeine in them), or fruit juice. I don’t drink fizzy, sugary drinks (at least, hardly ever), as they are loaded with sugar and not terribly good for you. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and our tap water is cold and really very nice to drink. 🙂
I’m a difficult one – I have to avoid the preservatives in most squash and wine, and I also avoid caffeine. So lots of decaf tea and coffee for me… I also like elderflower cordial and whisky!
