Question: What inspired you to take up nueroscience?

The brain itself. Out of interest one day when I was doing some art, I decided to look at what different parts of the brain does. It interested me a lot more than anything else, as there were so many unanswered questions. It was a giant puzzle. When it came to chosing what I wanted to do, I realised I still had questions I wanted to be answered on the brain. So I decided to do neuroscience.

It is the least understood part about the body, and it pretty much runs your whole life. I find that interesting.
