We all have the same organs- but what differs between men and women are the gynaecological organs .
Men have a penis instead of a vagina. They have testicles whereas women instead have ovaries. Women have a cervix/uterus/Fallopian tubes and men have organs called the prostate/epididymis.

There are also small differences in some of the other organs. For example, men usually have a larger heart than women, with the female heart beating faster to make up for this.

This means that there are a few cancers such as testicular cancer and prostate cancer that only men can get. Only women can get cancer of the ovaries, but both men and women can get breast cancer!
