  No they wouldn’t. It is also extremely difficult for adults to sneeze with their eyes open!

  No your eyes would not pop out. The eyes and nose aren’t connected in a way that could transfer the power of your sneeze into a force to push your eyes out. Your eyes are actually very secure in your eye sockets!

No they would not pop out altough i am not a scientist i am a student at walthamstow academy i just know because i thougth that they would not pop out then when i researched it and checked these answers i found out that i was right. So nice talking to you thanks redcat72

I have tried it out and no they dont, i still have my eyes 🙂 lol.
