  Hahahaha – I think gender has nothing to do with anything other then childbirth these days. 90% of the people I work with are women. Both genders do well in everything I think, there are always exceptions and there are always exceptional people of both sexes.
  
  So to be honest, me being the only guy in this zone is not an issue, until you mentioned it I hadn’t given it a though.
