  Wel… honestly, never. Humans are so exceptionally smart that I think the computers will always be a bit dumb compared to humans. The tricky thing is that computers are very good at making us think that they understand language when they actually do not. They are very very good at memorising lots of textual examples, but not so good at creating original content and really understanding what the text means.
