Before I started university I thought I wanted to become a Zookeeper but after a while, and after I’d done some volunteering at a small Zoo in London, I realised I wanted a job that would provide me with a bit more variety in the everyday tasks that I do. I also have always loved the idea of becoming a midwife because I like the idea of combining science/medicine with caring for people. At the minute I am still finishing my postgraduate degree but after this I would like to train to become a clinical scientist in the NHS. This kind of job will hopefully allow me to combine science with using it to help patients in hospital get the treatment they need.
