Question: How hard is it developing models?

Some models are simple, and they are very useful for many things. But when you want to model something more complex, like for example what factors could be explaining a medical condition, then it gets a bit harder. But the more you learn, the easier it becomes, and then you are ready to work on even more challenging problems.
