Can I fry them after the parboiling? Maybe smother them in a creamy sauce? Why are you doing this to me?!
My grandparents ran a potato farm, so I spent too much of my early childhood eating lunches that consistent of 5 huge, floury boiled potatoes and a dry slice of beef.
