Question: What is your favourite part when working in the Environment Agency?

There are lots of things I like in my job.
My favourite thing is when i need to work with others on a new problem or a challenge and we solve it or make progress in something that has been difficult. Much of the work I do is actually done as a team effort and in my experience its better this way because the work areas need a range of views (and its more enjoyable when you don’t just talk to yourself all the time!).
