I Currently work from home most of the time and go into the office occasionally. It is nice to not have to pay the fuel to get to the office, the downside is not seeing my the rest of my team often.

In case I have lab work to do, I need to come into university, for everything else, I can decide if I work from university or from home.

At the moment i mostly work at home. Before the pandemic I spent a lot of time on trains going to meeting and I don’t miss the early mornings and late evenings. However, not being in the same room as people is a challenge but i will be doing more site and face-2-face visits shortly I am sure.

Currently I’m working from home but under normal circumstances I have the option to do either and tend to work half the week in the office and half from home.

I currently work from home nearly all of the time, which is good in some ways (less time spent driving/more time spent in bed etc.) but I would love to spend a bit more time in the office to get to know the people in my team and in the wider function better!

A mixture of both, I can do my day to day work at home but when it comes to testing I prefer to be in the office or at site with the equipment.

I’m still working from home at the moment, with the odd day in the office if I need to access something I can’t from home. There are still experiments and practical research activities going on though, and I’ve been lucky enough to spend a few days getting stuck into that. Home working guidance depends on the company and also the job role – for example, you can’t test radioactive samples from home!

I work in a lab, an office [ when I need a computer with a very stable internet connection] and at home when I can. It all depends on the work i need to do

Since the pandemic I have been working from home. Prior to that I was mostly in an office and then occasionally I would go to sites to work on different plant/systems or to support operations.
I quite like working from home – there are a lot of benefits to it and I can complete nearly all of my work just as effectively as if I was in the office. But I do also miss having my team around me to ask questions and share ideas.
