Tea is a glorious drink, and a British institution. It’s there if you’ve had a bad day, good day or long day. It’s something to make friendships with or console your friends with when life presents a crisis. If it’s cold outside, it’s warming, and if it’s hot outside, it’s cooling. It wakes you up in the morning, and it relaxes you after a long day of work. It’s a drink of a nation that keeps us going, and it tastes lovely, too!

There’s a reason energy companies spend huge amounts of money on predictive tools/machine learning models to predict when we will all go and turn our kettles on. We would have rolling blackouts otherwise!

Just to be clear – I really do like drinking tea, lol. My moving in present from my best friend was a big bag of Yorkshire Gold, and in my profile picture there’s a Lego minifigure of me on my desk. It absolutely has a thermos filled with tea, lol.
