A lot of things, and none of them are good for you. Space has several problems that aren’t conducive to human life: it is cold, it is very low pressure, there is a lot of radiation, and it has no oxygen. The cold would start to suck away all the heat your body produces. The low pressure would cause your body to expand because of the gas and pressure inside. The radiation in space (that is everywhere) would damage your cells. The lack of oxygen would eventually asphyxiate you. Basically, all of these things would eventually kill a person, which is why it is very important for astronauts to have special equipment to safely explore the great unknown.

Your lungs and body have a lot of air in them, which you use to breath. Space doesn’t have a lot of air. Now, things naturally go from built up areas to not very built up areas (if you have a bunch of children in a playground, then you make the playground bigger, they’ll all space out and become further apart!). What this means is that the air in your lungs gets sucked out of you. So you can’t breath. Your blood also literally boils like the water in a kettle.

Basically you’ll die a pretty horrific death, so naturally I do NOT recommend you try this 😉
