• Question: do you think not enough people know about your work?

      I think we should definitely do more to let people know about our work. We are well known among all the TB vaccine researchers across the world and have had one or two things on TV and in the newspapers but have done almost nothing about actually talking to people…

      I think not enough people understand science (especially computer science). As for my own work, it all depends on the particular project I’m doing. Whatever it is, some people could make direct use of it, so it would be good if they knew about it.

      Possibly. Not many people realise how often planes are hit by lightning.
