      Hi 13fparekh
Sneezing is an allergic reaction of the body in reaction to something it wants to throw out. For example, when most of us walk in a dusty room we immediately begin to sneeze, it’s like a reflex reaction! By sneezing the body forces the dust and microorganisms that we breathed in. This is the first line of defense that our immune systems have evolved to protect us from harm from germs or foreign particles.

A good example of sneezing when we want to throw out a microorganism is when we have a cold. Cold viruses get into the cells inside our nose and cause irritation – this makes our body sneeze- and it’s also what causes colds to spread.
